Mr. Laird joined Craig-Hallum in 2011. He brings more than 18 years of investment banking experience in advisory, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions totaling over $10 billion in value. Tom has worked extensively with health care companies including providers, payors, medical technology, information, service and device companies. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum, Tom was responsible for developing and managing the health care banking practices for RBC Capital Markets, George K. Baum & Company and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Mr. Laird received his B.A. from St. John’s University and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
